5 Countries I'd Visit (List 1)

5. Italy

Italian food is one of my favorite types of food! Imagine going to a place where you'd be surrounded by it! However, Italy has more to offer than it's casual pasta. I feel it would be a blast to take a ride on one of the boats down the little waterways they have going through the cities. Beautiful lights gleam at night, illuminating the water. I also feel that the Italians would be very laid back and easy to get along with.

4. Scotland

Scotland is rich with history! I would love to go visit the various castles they have over there! Even though I don't know much about this country, I would love to learn more about it. As a fan of Hetalia Axis Powers (it's an Anime, look it up), one of my latest favorite characters is Scotland! However, he never seems to make an appearance in the show at all! How sad is that? Plus, I just find Scottish accents to be cute!

3. Japan

Wow, this country must be surprising to be so low on my list! The girl who loves Anime almost more than anything puts this country at only number three? How dare she! Well, while I do love Anime as passionately as the next, I'm not super crazy about going to visit. I think I'd get tired of being surrounded by Anime more than I need. I'm already too into it. However, what really got my attention about Japan was simply its gorgeous scenery! Cherry trees are among my favorite types of trees! Japan is practically decorated with them! Also, the huge Mt. Fuji in the background completes the scenery!

2. England

This was going to be number one on my list at first, but I slid it back to number two. Why would I want to visit a country that's already practically America's twin? When I say that, I mean England speaks very similar English of course. That is the reason why exactly. I don't want to have to learn a new language to go visit a country! I want to be able to feel comfortable knowing that the people already speak the language perfectly; maybe even more clearly than Americans! Remember, the British brought English to America pretty much when it first was colonized! I can go up to someone and great them like I would someone from America; with a simple 'Hello.' Also, I love British accents more than any other! They sound like cotton and sugar together! So, cotton candy?

1. New Zealand

Holy crap, this country is freaking beautiful! Plus, it makes sense I put it just above England. Both countries practically speak the same language! Also, one of my all-time favorite movie trilogies, "The Lord of the Rings", was filmed here! Based on the scenes from the Shire I've seen in the movies, I would find anyone who didn't want to visit here crazy! I would love to run all around the beautiful hills of this vast country's land! Maybe I'll even wear a hobbit costume.
